General Terms of Service using the Portal
These General Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the lead generation portal operated by Transcorp International Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”), which expression shall include its successors, assigns, and permitted transferees, and related companies;
The Portal is intended solely to enable interested Users to submit their requirements or enquiries for foreign exchange and remittance services.
By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
"User(s)" shall mean any natural person submitting a request or enquiry on the Portal.
“Portal” shall mean the online platform hosted on the Company’s website, intended for lead/enquiry submission, available at https://lead.transcorpint.com/.
"Services" shall mean collection and forwarding of user requirements/enquiries to the Company for follow-up and necessary enquiries.
By accessing or using the Portal, and upon submitting the information on the Portal, you expressly consent to:
These Terms in their entirety.
Being contacted by the Company through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other modes of communication.
Sharing of your information internally within the Company for responding to your enquiry.
Storage and processing of the data so obtained on the basis of the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Submission of information does not create any contractual obligation or guarantee of service delivery.
By using the Portal, you declare that:
All information provided is true, accurate, and complete and that I am providing the same voluntarily without any coercion, undue influence, or misrepresentation.;
You are submitting information for a genuine enquiry and not for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract;
You understand that any actual forex/remittance transaction shall be subject to separate verification, documentation, and applicable regulations.
The Portal is only a lead/enquiry submission tool.
No financial transaction, remittance, or forex conversion takes place on the Portal.
Indicative information (such as exchange rates or service features), if any, provided on the Portal is for general reference only and is not binding.
Actual execution of any transaction shall be subject to the Company’s policies, applicable laws, and separate agreements.
The Portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may experience interruptions or errors.
The Company is not liable for any reliance placed by the User on indicative information, if any, provided on the Portal.
I consent to the disclosure of my Information to:
Banks, financial institutions, payment service providers, and other regulated entities to facilitate LRS transactions;
Third-party service providers (including marketing agencies, cloud storage providers, and customer support partners) who are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations; and
Government agencies, law enforcement authorities, regulators, or courts, where disclosure is required by applicable law or pursuant to a lawful order.
I acknowledge that providing my Information and this consent does not constitute an offer, acceptance, or guarantee that the Entity will provide me with any LRS or other foreign exchange services. Any such service shall be subject to separate eligibility assessment, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
The Company may update and revise these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Portal. Such changes would be posted on the Company website from time to time.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
